南方电网超/特高压输电线路防雷性能评估技术研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 南方电网西电东送主网架雷电活动频繁,地形、气候条件恶劣,雷击故障差异化分布特征显著,实施有效防护面临的挑战巨大。本文介绍了近年来南方电网在超/特高压输电线路防雷性能评估技术方面的研究进展。调研总结了南方电网的雷电活动和超/特高压输电线路防雷运行情况,分析得出了其雷击跳闸的原因。研究建立了雷云电场下UHVDC线路电晕空间电荷分布的数值仿真模型,试验获得了大尺寸分裂导线正极性上行先导的起始条件。研究建立了基于时域有限差分(FDTD)的复杂导体系统冲击响应的数值计算模型,通过开展模型线路瞬态响应实测,验证了模型的准确性。研发出输电线路防雷分析软件系统LPTL,开展了典型输电线路防雷性能评估结果与运行经验的对比研究,验证了软件的工程适用性。未来应坚持开展直流线路雷电绕击机理的基础研究,不断修正完善LPTL,为输电线路防雷设计和改造升级提供有效手段。 Lightning activity is frequent in the main grid from west to east of China Southern Power Grid,where the terrain and adverse weather conditions are bad,differentiated distribution of lightning fault is significant,and it's a big challenge to carry out effective protection. Research progress of lightning performance evaluation technology of EHV and UHV overhead transmission lines of China Southern Power Grid in recent years are introduced in this paper. Firstly,lightning activities within China Southern Power Grid area and operation against lightning of EHV and UHV overhead transmission lines are researched and summaried,and the causes of lightning trip are analyzed. A numerical simulation model aimed at calculating the distribution of corona space charge of UHVDC transmission lines under lightning conditions are proposed,the initial condition of positive upward leader produced by large-sized bundled conductors are obtained through experiments. A numerical model aimed at calculating the lightning surge response of complex conductor system are proposed based on FDTD,and the accuracy of the model is verified through actual measurement on model line transient response. Lightning protection analyzing system for transmission line( LPTL) is developed. By using LPTL,comparisons between lightning performance evaluation results and operating experience of typical transmission lines are carried out,so that the engineering applicability of the software is verified. In the future,further works should be done to develop the basic research on mechanism of lightning shielding failure of DC lines,correct and improve LPTL,in order to provide effective means for lightning protection design and improvement of transmission lines.
