摘要
进修医师教育是教学医院临床教学工作的重要组成部分。对进修医生的继续教育也是反映医院教学水平的重要指标。着重探讨提高儿科影像进修医师培训质量的几点体会。包括加强基础理论知识学习、有的放矢个性化教学、充分发挥PACS优势等。上述作法在较短时间内显著提升了进修医师的专业素养和能力水平,确保了进修医师的培训质量,达到了进修目的。
Continuing medical education （CME） is an important part of clinical teaching in teaching hospital. CME for further education is also an important indicator to reflect the level of teaching in hospital. This paper focuses on the improvement of the quality of medical imaging for refresher physician. Including strengthening the basic theory of knowledge learning, teaching for each individual, give full play to the role of PACS targeted. The above method significantly improves the professional quality and ability level of refresher physician in a relatively short time, and ensures the training quality.
