摘要 径向偏载力影响液压缸的响应速度和控制精度,液压缸密封处摩擦力大易造成低速爬行、泄漏甚至失效。采用静压支承密封方式可平衡径向偏载。在分析火箭推力矢量控制系统用液压缸的偏载力与液压缸自重及其摆动角加速度关系的基础上,通过静压支承流场模型探讨压力特性及温度特性,得到了采用静压支承时偏载能力影响因素,包括供油压力、温度、偏心等,为优化静压支承参数提供理论依据。 The radial force will affect the response speed and control precision of hydraulic cylinder because it causeslarge friction force in the hydraulic cylinder seal. Large friction force is easy to cause hydraulic cylinder crawl, leakageor even failure. Utilizing hydrostatic bearing seal can balance the radial partial load. The paper firstly analyzesthe radial force in a hydraulic cylinder of rocket thrust vector control system. Based on the relationship between radialforce and the weight of hydraulic cylinder as well as the swing angular, the paper establishes hydrostatic bearingflow model and explores pressure characteristics and temperature characteristics. Finally, the paper obtains some factorswhich can provide theoretical guidance when optimizing the hydrostatic bearing parameters, such as oil pressure,temperature, eccentricity etc.
