摘要
目的:观察医用臭氧水注射治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:对符合纳入标准的60例肩周炎患者进行肩关节腔及穴位注射医用臭氧水治疗,1次/周,4周为一个疗程。通过1个疗程结束后的VAS及Constant-Murley得分评价镇痛效果及肩关节功能改善情况。结果:1个疗程结束后镇痛总有效率为96.67%,肩关节功能活动改善总有效率达到88.33%。结论:医用臭氧水注射治疗肩周炎疗效确切,是治疗肩周炎的有效方法。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of medical ozone water on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： 60 patients were treated by acupoint injection of medical ozone water, 1 time per week, for 4 weeks. Results： The analgesic efficiency was 96.67%, and improvement of the shoulder function was 88.33% after treatment. Conclusion： Medical ozone water injection was effective on frozen shoulder.
