摘要
目的:对犬的非感染无髓年轻恒牙行牙髓血运重建术,并观察其根管内新生组织的组织学特征。方法:取5月龄健康杂种犬3只,分别选择其右侧上下颌第一、二、三前牙(牙根均未发育完成)作为实验组,并于拔除牙髓组织后进行牙髓血运重建术;左侧同名牙不作任何处理使之自然发育作为对照。术后3个月心内灌注法处死各动物,并用HE染色法观察各牙根管内新生组织的组织学构成。结果:术后3个月组织学观察结果显示,实验组所有样本的根管内壁上均有牙骨质样硬组织沉积,其中94.5%(17/18)的样本除根管内存在新生组织外,在其根尖部也可见硬组织沉积,且管腔有逐渐向根尖闭合的趋势;另有44.5%(8/18)的样本可在其管腔及根尖周观察到聚集成片的炎症细胞。实验组根管内所观察到的新生组织主要为牙骨质样组织、牙周膜样组织和骨样组织。结论:非感染的无髓年轻恒牙经牙髓血运重建术后,其根管内的新生组织主要是牙骨质样组织、牙周膜样组织和骨样组织。
AIM: To observe the histological characteristics of dental pulp in uninfected pulpless immature permanent dog teeth after pulp revascularization. METHODS: Three 5- month old dogs were used. The dental pulps of the right maxillary and mandibular incisors and canines of the dogs were removed and revascularized. The dental pulps of the left corresponding teeth were untreated as the controls. 3 months later,the animals were sacrificed and the teeth were sections for histological observation by HE staining. RESULTS: Histological observation showed that cementum- like tissue was found in the walls of all canals in experimental teeth. Most of the test teeth had a histological evidence of apical closure. 94. 5% of the canals( 17 /18) revealed new vital tissue. Inflammatory infiltration was found in 8 of the 18 experimental canals and / or at apex. The regenerated tissues in the root canals after revascularization were mainly cementum- like,bone- like and periodontal ligament- like tissue. CONCLUSION: Pulp revascularization of pulpless immature permanent teeth may promote tooth tissue regeneration in a manner of wound repair.
