摘要
为制定通讯技术发展战略,提高国际市场竞争力,通过比较各企业4G专利的年度量,统计4G通讯的技术分布和专利被引用次数,分析专利权人的专利数量,探讨专利研发对通讯企业发展的影响。研究结果表明,专利计量学是4G通讯技术评价的重要指标,通过对专利进行科学分析,可以掌握通讯技术的发展趋势,为国内新兴通讯技术产业的发展及专利战略的制定提供了重要参考。
In order to formulate the strategies for the development of communication technology and improve competitiveness in the international market, the comparison of various enterprises 4G patent annual volume of distribution statistics 4G communication technology, patents, patent analysis, patent statistics cited times is made the effect of patent research and development to the development of communication enterprises is investigated. The results show that the patent metrology is 4G communication technique for the evaluation of the important indicators. Through scientific analysis of the patent, can grasp the trend of the development of communication technology, and provides a reference for China＇s fledgling domestic communication technology industry development and the patent strategy formulation.
