摘要
本文针对高盐废水的处理,提出了溶析结晶技术。以甲醇为溶析剂对含有高浓氯化钠、硫酸钠的溶液进行分离提纯,并分析了各种不同因素:温度、时间、溶剂比(甲醇体积∶溶液体积)、溶液质量浓度、溶液中溶质浓度比(b氯化钠∶b硫酸钠)下,溶质氯化钠、硫酸钠的析出率与纯度。实验表明,在常温下,溶剂比=1的条件下,对某煤化工高浓盐水中硫酸钠的一次收率为92.3%,纯度99%。
The methyl alcohol is used as extraction agent to separate and purify the high concentration solution of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate. Whose yield and purity are affected by the different factors: temperature,time,the solvent volume ratio( CH_3OH: solution),the concentration of polymer solution,the solute mass ratio( NaCl∶Na_2SO_4). Experimental results show that the purity of Na_2SO_4 is 99% and yield is 92. 3% by one under the conditions of the solvent volume ratio of methanol to water1 for the high-concentration solution of a coal chemical industry in common temperature.
