摘要 我国人口众多,而餐厨垃圾是生活当中不可避免的,此外食品加工厂、饭店等供餐单位都会产生大量的餐厨垃圾。餐厨垃圾中水分高、油脂高和盐分高,如果对其不加有效的处理,餐厨垃圾极易变质、腐烂,而且还会滋生蚊虫,产生大量的毒素同时散发着恶臭气体,污染水体、空气和土壤环境。本文对餐厨垃圾处理工艺进行了研究讨论,分析了各种治理方案的优缺点,并提出了今后的发展方向。 Our country has a large population and food waste is life inevitably,in addition to food processing plants,restaurants,etc. for meal unit will produce large amounts of kitchen waste. Food waste in high moisture,high fat and high salt,without effective treatment on the kitchen garbage which easily rot,but also the breeding of mosquitoes,produce large amounts of toxins also exudes stench gas,water pollution,air and soil environment. The kitchen garbage treatment process were studied and discussed,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of control plan,and puts forward the development direction in the future.
