摘要
目的分析区域医疗联合体相关研究现状,为促进区域医疗联合体的发展提供建议和参考。方法以CNKI、万方数据库和sinomed中国生物医学文献数据库为检索对象,以标题或者关键词含"区域医疗联合体"或"医疗联合体"或以"医疗共同体"为标准,检索得到建库以来至2016年5月末的有效文献351篇,并在此基础上进行计量分析。结果区域医疗联合体的文章数量从2013年开始逐年增加;在文章地域分布上以经济发达地区为主;实证研究中关于医疗联合体模式研究的文献数量最多(60篇,占17.75%),其次为医疗联合体现状分析和医疗联合体案例分析,分别占15.38%、14.50%。结论国家建立分级诊疗制度以区域医疗联合体为重要抓手,政策支持是医疗联合体得以发展的主要原因;有关区域医疗联合体的研究主要是以对单个区域医疗联合体的实施现状及问题描述为主,缺乏不同的区域医疗联合体之间或者地区之间的医疗联合体模式及对模式的评价和比较。在实施中的问题主要体现在各级医疗机构之间双向转诊的衔接能力不足,药品、医保问题,缺乏统一的信息系统等方面。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the present situation of regional medical association related researches, and to provide advice and references to promote the development of the regional medical association. METHODS By using the bibliometrical method, 351 arti- cles were retrieved by the key words or the title of ＂regional medical association＂ or ＂medical alliance＂ , ＂medical community＂ in CNKI, Wanfang data, and Sinomed, since these database were built in May 2016. The authors carried out statistical analysis based on literature database. RESULTS the numbers of the articles published about regional medical association were increased by year since 2013; on the geographical distribution was given priority to with the economic developed area; the medical association mode study in the empirical study were the most （article 60, 17.75%）, followed by the analysis of the present situation of medical association and case study 15.38% and 14.50% respectively. CONCLUSION The regional medical association was the fulcrum of graded medical treat- ment system, and policy support was the main reason to the development of the medical alliance; studies of regional medical associa- tion mainly on individual case study about its situation of implementation and problems, short of the comparisons of the mode study and evaluation among different medical associations or regions. The problems of implementation mainly reflected in the inadequate ca- pacity of two-way referral constitution between medical institutions, medicines, medical insurance, lack of unified information system, etc.
