摘要
锂离子电池的低温性能是制约锂离子电池发展的重要因素之一,在负极中掺杂一定比例的软碳能够有效地改善锂离子电池的低温充电性能。对比了不同软碳含量对电池低温充电以及其他性能的影响。随着软碳含量的增加,电池在低温下恒流充电的比例升高,对电池容量及开路电压(OCV)的影响增大。实验结果表明,在负极中掺杂20%的软碳,能够满足电池的低温充电性能,-20℃时其恒流充电比例为56.04%,总充电容量达到25℃时充电容量的81.74%。
Li-ion battery was an environment friendly new power source, but the difficulty of charging at a subzero temperature was an obstacle for the development. It is said that add some soft carbon in MCMB may change the charging performance at low temperature effectively. The charging and other performance of cells with different content of soft carbon were compared. The risen of soft carbon the temperature charging performance was low. But other performance such as capacity and OCV were also influenced by soft carbon. As a result, 20% percentage of soft carbon is a reasonable conclusion of the experiment, charging at -20℃, the constant current charging capacity is 56.04%, and the total charging capacity reaches 81.74% of the capacity at 25℃.
