摘要
国内关于大豆蛋白复合纤维和牛奶蛋白复合纤维这两种再生蛋白纤维的生产、开发、性能特点方面的研究不少,但是关于如何鉴别这两种蛋白复合纤维的方法却鲜有报道。文章通过显微镜观察法、燃烧试验法、化学溶解法、着色剂法、含氯含氮呈色反应法、DSC熔点试验法、红外光谱吸收光谱试验法、拉曼光谱分析试验法等测试方法,对大豆蛋白复合纤维和牛奶蛋白复合纤维进行分析,最后得出上述两种新型纤维可行的具体鉴别方法。研究结果表明,结合上述几种纤维成分鉴别方法,可以得出一套有效鉴别大豆蛋白复合纤维和牛奶蛋白复合纤维的方法和程序。
There are many researches on the production,development and properties of soybean protein composite fiber and milk protein composite fiber,but there are few reports on how to identify the two kinds of regenerated protein fibers. Through the microscope,flame tests,chemical solution methods,stain tests,chlorine and nitrogen coloration reaction method,DSC melting point test,infrared spectroscopy method,and Raman spectroscopy,this paper analyzed soybean protein composite fiber and milk protein composite fiber,and finally the specific methods to distinguish the two kinds of regenerated protein fibers were gained. The results of the study show that a set of effective methods and procedures to identify soybean protein composite fiber and milk protein composite fiber can be obtained by combining the above methods.
