摘要
通过文献检索总结出国内外护理领域胜任力课题研究的主要方向有四个:定义研究、测量工具研究、影响因素研究、基于胜任力的培养问题研究等。在汇总研究进展的基础上,发现当前研究中存在定义不统一、实证研究缺乏、系统性研究不足、未形成统一的胜任力评价指标体系等不足。
Through literature review, there were four major research directions on competence research in nursing area ： defi- nition research, measurement tools research, influencing factors research, and competence training research. Based on the re- search progress summary, the limitations of current studies included the inconsistent definition, the lack of empirical and system- atic studies, the unavailable competency evaluation system. Measures can be taken to promote nursing competency and continu- ously improve of nursing care quality.
