摘要
为了提高混凝土预制件生产线效率,设计了基于PLC的四轴气动摆模机械手控制系统。该系统以S7-200 PLC为控制核心,Smart 700为人机界面。分析了机械手的结构与功能,在此基础上设计了控制系统的硬件组成,根据机械手的实际作业需要和工作流程的特点,完成了软件系统的编写。试验结果表明该控制系统抗干扰能力强,控制精度高、性价比高、性能稳定、操作简单,同时具有良好的可扩展性和可维护性,能满足摆模需求,符合工业应用要求。
To improve the production efficiency of the concrete prefabricated parts production line, a control system based on PLC for four axis motion of the manipulator is designed. It takes PLC S7-200 as the control core, and Smart 700 is used as the man-machine interface design monitoring system. The structure and function of the manipulator are analyzed, and the hardware structure of the control system is designed on the basis of this. The software system is completed according to the requirement of the actual work and the characteristic of the work flow. The control system has advantages of low cost, simple operation, being safe and efficient and stable, strong anti-interference ability, high control precision, also has good scalability and maintainability, can meet the industrial application requirements.
