摘要
目的:研究对胃癌患者行全胃切除术治疗后,对其实施早期肠内营养护理的应用效果。方法:选取某院于2014年3月-2015年3月期间收治的78例胃癌接受全胃切除术后患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组39例与干预组39例,常规组实行一般护理,干预组对其进行早期肠内营养护理,观察其不良反应发生率,以及患者对护理服务质量满意评分。结果:经治疗后,干预组不良反应发病率低于常规组(P〈0.05),常规组护理满意评分均低于干预组(P〈0.05)。结论:为胃癌经全胃切除术治疗患者采取早期肠内营养护理,可以有效提高患者临床疗效且不良反应较小。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of nursing of early enteral nutrition after the total gastrectomy in patients with stomach cancer.Methods:78patients with stomach cancer received the total gastrectomy from March 2014 to March 2015 in a hospital were selected and divided into conventional group(39cases)and intervention group(39cases)according to the random number table method.The conventional group was given general nursing,and the intervention group received early enteral nutrition care.Then observe the incidence of adverse reaction,and the patient's satisfaction with the quality of nursing service.Results:After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of intervention group was lower than that of the conventional group(P〈0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction of conventional group were lower than that of intervention group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The nursing of early enteral nutrition for patients with stomach cancer received the total gastrectomy can efficiently improve the patient's clinical effect and reduce the adverse reaction.
