摘要
采用四氢糠醚(ETE)作为调节剂,合成了不同乙烯基含量的中苯乙烯溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,ETE的加入量对SSBR聚合反应有较大影响,且存在一个"拐点",ETE加入量在"拐点"以上,聚合反应时间和反应温度相差不大,ETE加入量在"拐点"及以下,聚合反应时间显著延长,最高反应温度亦显著降低;乙烯基含量随ETE加入量亦存在"拐点",在"拐点"以上时,ETE调节乙烯基含量的作用减弱;随着乙烯基含量的增加,SSBR硫化胶的抗湿滑性增大,滚动阻力降低,在炭黑中的分散性得到改善。
Using ethyl tetrahydrofurfuryl ether(ETE)as regulator,the SSBR contented medial styrene with different ethylene content was synthesized,and its perfoemance is evaluated.The results showed that the dosage of ETE has bigger effect on the polymerization reaction of SSBR,there is existence of an "inflection point",ETE dosage above the "inflection point",polymerization reaction time and reaction temperature differ not quite,and in the "inflection point" and the following dosage,polymerization reaction time was significantly prolonged,the reaction temperature was also significantly reduced;vinyl content with ETE dosage and there is also an "inflection point",ETE dosage above the "inflection point",ETE regulated vinyl content decreased;with the increase of vinyl content of SSBR vulcanizates,the wet skid resistance increased,lower rolling resistance,the dispersion in the carbon black was improved.
