摘要
详细介绍了润滑油用黏度指数改进剂的品种及应用性能。乙丙共聚物黏度指数改进剂因其稠化能力强、剪切稳定性好、原料来源丰富、工艺简单等优点,得到了广泛的推广和应用。在对国内外乙丙橡胶的发展、生产格局进行综述的基础上,重点介绍了二元乙丙橡胶用于黏度指数改进剂的科研进展以及我国二元乙丙橡胶生产及研究开发情况,进而对国内二元乙丙橡胶的开发提出了指导性建议。
In this paper,variety and application performance of viscosity index improver for lubricating oil were introduced in detail.Ethylene propylene copolymer for viscosity index improver has been widely promoted and applied due to its advantages of good thickening ability and shear stability,rich raw material sources,simple technology and so on.Based on the development and production pattern of the domestic and foreign binary ethylene propylene rubber,research advance on binary ethylene-propylene rubber for viscosity index improver in our country was introduced emphatically.Further development for domestic binary ethylene-propylene rubber was proposed.
