摘要
分析当前社会对工业设计人才的不同要求,结合地方本科高校的实际情况,从培养计划、课程设置、设计竞赛、校企合作等多个方面进行人才培养模式的改革。通过不同模式的培养,提高学生各方面的能力,培养出适合地方经济的应用型技术人才,增强学生的就业能力。
Combined with the actual situation of local colleges and universities, by analyzing the different requirements of the current society to the talents of industrial design major, some reform of personnel training mode has been done from the following aspects： training plan, curriculum design, design competition, cooperation between schools and enterprises. Through different modes of training, the students＇ abilities have been improved in all aspects, the applied technical talents for local economy have been trained, and the employment ability of students have been enhanced.
