摘要
为对平面钢框架几何不完全相似模型所产生的误差做出量化分析,首先提出还原结构应力及侧移的建议公式,再通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立两榀平面钢框架验证上述公式的正确性。得到了一系列测点的应力及侧移误差。通过对比可知,由几何不完全相似所导致的应力及侧移误差相对较大,不容忽视;对于处于弹性阶段的焊接平面钢框架结构,建议公式可以得到足够精确的还原结果,能保证绝大部分点的误差在5%以内,满足工程要求;对于进入弹塑性阶段的结构,由于几何不完全相似因素存在,不能控制原型与模型在同一时间同一位置进入屈服,建议公式不适用于有弹塑性变形结构的结果还原。
In order to analyse the quantitative error of geometrical non-full-similar models for steel plane frame, firstly a set of complete formulas for reviving the stress and sidesway of structures are put forward, then two steel plane frames are built in the finite element software ABAQUS to verify the validi- ty of the formulas. At last errors of stress and sidesway of a series of measure points are gain. By compa- ring the results, it can be found that error of stress and sidesway due to geometrical non-full-similarity is large, cannot be ignored. For welding steel plane frames in elastic stage, precise enough restitution resuits can be obtained by the formulas. Error of most points can be guaranteed within 5%, which can satisfy the engineering demand. For structures in elastic-plastic stage, because of geometrical non-full-similarity, the prototype and the model cannot be controlled to yield at the same position and same time. It is not suitable for the restitution results which include elastic-plasticity.
