摘要
针对薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(TFT-LCD)模块组装生产规模性、精密性、重复性的特点,引入相关工件学习效应和遗忘效应因素,建立以极小化工件最大工件完工时间为目标的TFT-LCD模块组装调度模型。采用新型的布谷鸟智能优化算法对该模型进行求解,通过对算法进行模拟仿真实验,验证了算法在求解模块调度问题上的有效性和可行性。根据实验结果,分析探讨学习效应和遗忘效应对模块组装调度的影响,并据此提出相应的调度建议。
In view of the characteristics of scale, precision, repeatability of TFF-LCD module assembly production, this paper introduced the learning and forgetting effects to the model of TFT-LCD module assembly scheduling, which objective was to minimize the maximum completed time. It adopted the new cuckoo intelligent optimization algorithm to solve the proposed model, and verified the effectiveness and feasibility of cuckoo algorithm on solving the module assembly problem by the experiments and simulation of the algorithm. Based on the above conclusion, this paper analyzed the influence of learning and forgetting effects on the module assembly scheduling and supported the corresponding recommendations.
