摘要
目的观察纳米银抗菌敷料与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)联合应用于小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效。方法选取烧伤患儿45例,按照随机原则分为3组,A组(纳米银抗菌敷料组),B组(rbbFGF组),C组(纳米银抗菌敷料+rb-bFGF联合用药组),每组各15例。观测3组患儿创面的愈合时间、不同时间点创面愈合率、第7天创面细菌检出情况。结果 1C组患儿烧伤创面愈合时间分别少于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2C组创面愈合率分别高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3C组比B组创面细菌检出率低,而A组和C组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面上联合应用纳米银抗菌敷料及rb-bFGF凝胶,创面愈合时间缩短,创面愈合率提高。联合应用对小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗应用中具有临床可行性及安全性。
Objective To explore the efficacy of nano silver antimicrobial dressing and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF) in children with deep I1 degree burn wounds. Methods Forty-five cases burn- ed children were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, group A ( nano silver antimicrobial dressing group ) , group B( rb-bFGF group ), group C (nano silver antimicrobial dressing + rb-bFGF combination group}, 15 cases in each group. Observation of 3 groups of children with the wound healing time, wound healing rate at different time points, sev- enth days of bacterial detection. Results Burm wound healing time was shorter in group C than that in group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant. The wound healing rate in group C was higher than that in group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant. (~)The bacterial detection rate of C group was lower than that of group B, and there was no significant difference between group A and group C. Conclusion Combined application of nano silver antimicrobial dressing and rb-bFGF gel in children with deep 11 degree burn wound,the wound healing time was shortened, and the wound healing rate was increased. It has the clinical feasibility and safety in treatment of pediatric deep 11 degree burn wounds.
