摘要
采用电刷镀硬铬技术修复空压机轴颈。概述了空压机轴颈的修复过程,同时采用单因素试验法研究了修复后的空压机轴颈的摩擦磨损性能,并与修复前的空压机轴颈的摩擦磨损性能进行比较。结果表明:修复后的空压机轴颈的摩擦磨损性能得以改善,在相同摩擦磨损实验条件下的磨损失重和磨损体积均较低。这意味着修复后的空压机轴颈的使用寿命能够延长。
Air compressor shaft journal was repaired by hard chromium brush-plating technique. The repair process was summarized, and the wear performance of the air compressor shaft journal after repair was investigated by using single factor experiment, and it was compared with that of the air compressor shaft journal before repair. Results showed that the wear performance of the air compressor shaft journal after repair was improved. Under the same experiment conditions, the wear weight loss and the wear volume were lower, which mean that the service life of the air compressor shaft journal after repair could be continued.
