单螺杆压缩机机壳受力的静态分析

摘要 在单螺杆压缩机的设计过程中,由于对机壳厚度的确定缺少理论研究,给整个压缩机的设计带来不便,为了探究合理的机壳厚度,应用HYSYS得到基本热力学参数的基础上计算机壳的几何尺寸,应用Solid Works建立了单螺杆压缩机机壳的三维实体模型,利用ANSYS系统中Static Structural模块对机壳进行有限元静态分析,得到合理的机壳厚度,这种方法为单螺杆压缩机机壳厚度的确定提供设计依据。 In the design process of single screw compressor, because of the lack of theoretical research for casing thickness, compres-sor design is stucked in trouble. Here, in order to explore reasonable casing thickness, HYSYS is applied to get basic thermodynamic parameters and then chassis geometry size is calculated. SolidWorks is applied to establish three-dimensional entity model of single screw compressor casing. Finite element static analysis is carried out on the chassis using Static Structural in ANSYS system. Finally, reasonable casing thickness is available. Design basis is provided to ensure single screw compressor casing thickness using this method.
