摘要
针对我国部分地区的不规则皮革面积测量水平较为落后的问题,设计出一种易操作、高精度、低成本的皮革面积测量系统。该系统由MSP430单片机、光电扫描装置、光源、电机传动装置、打印机构成;运用梯形面积积分算法,实现了对不规则皮革的精确测量,测量结果通过LCD12864实时显示。通过多次记录测量数值并进行对比,数据分析结果表明:测量系统相对误差基本在±2%左右。
Aim at the problem that the measurement level of irregular leather area is comparatively backward in some parts of China, it was designed an easy operation, high- precision, low- cost leather area measurement system, which is composed of MSP430 MCU, optical scanning devices, lighting,motor drives and printer. By using algorithm of trapezoidal area integration, it achieved a precise measurement of irregular leather. The measurement results were real- time displaying by devices of LCD12864. By repeatedly recording measured values and comparison, the data results showed that:relative error of the measurement system was substantially about ±2%.
