摘要
目的观察护理干预预防全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年4月行全髋关节置换术的患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予预防性护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组的深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意率和并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的肢体表温度、患肢周径、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于全髋关节置换术后,可以显著降低深静脉血栓发生率和并发症发生率,提高护理满意率,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on preventing deep vein thrombosis after total hip replacement. Methods 60 cases of patients undergoing total hip replacement from January 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the study group was given preventive nursing intervention. The nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis, nursing satisfaction rate and incidence of complications of study group were better than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The body surface temperature, the circumference of affected extremity and score of quality of life of study group were better than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention in total hip replacement can significantly reduce the incidences of deep vein thrombosis and complications and improve nursing satisfaction rate, which is worthy of promotion.
