摘要
以18 kw永磁电机为例进行温度场分布分析,建立了永磁电机三维温度场的计算模型,解决了定、转子之间的热交换问题。用有限元软件对电机进行了温度场计算。分析了电机各部分温升不同的原因,为优化设计奠定了理论基础。
Taking the 18 kW PM machine as example, the temperature field distribution was analyzed, model of 3D temperature field of the PM machine was established and problem of heat exchange between stators and rotors was solved. The finite element method was applied to calculate the temperature field and analyze the reason of temperature variation in different part of the machine, forming the theoretical foundation to optimize the design.
