摘要
以6年生核桃品种(系)‘元林’、‘绿香’、‘丰辉’、‘鲁光’、‘H3-1’和‘W06-1’结果枝与营养枝叶片为试验材料,用SPAD-502型便携式叶绿素含量测定计测定其SPAD值,用FMS-2型脉冲调制式荧光仪测定其叶绿素荧光动力学参数。结果表明:结果枝和营养枝叶片SPAD值和叶绿素荧光动力学参数存在显著差异,且结果枝叶片SPAD值显著高于营养枝,而营养枝叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数显著高于结果枝。两种枝条叶片SPAD值和叶绿素荧光动力学参数存在一定的品种间差异,其中‘绿香’核桃的各指标值均最大,表明其潜在光合效能最高。因此,生产中可以根据不同核桃品种,通过调整营养枝与结果枝的比例,促进光能的高效利用,实现核桃良种优质丰产高效生产。
Vegetative and fruiting branches of 6-year old walnut cultivars,including ‘yuanlin',‘lvxiang',‘fenghui',‘luguang',‘H3-1',and ‘W06-1',were used as materials to determine the SPAD value with portable chlorophyll meter(SPAD-502)and to determine chlorophyll fluorescence parameters with portable pulse modulation fluorometer(FMS-2).SPAD values of fruiting branches were significantly higher than that of vegetative branches,while chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of vegetative branches were significantly higher than those of fruiting branches.Significant differences of SPAD value and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of both types of branches were found among different walnut cultivars.‘Lvxiang'had the highest value of all parameters that suggested the highest potential photosynthetic efficiency.As a consequence,in actual production we can adjust the proportion of vegetative and fruiting branches to promote the efficient utilization of light,thereby achieving high-yield,high-quality,and efficient production of walnut.
