摘要
"互联网+"是一种颠覆创新的范式,将引发人们思想观念的转变,同样也应以"互联网+"思维探索图书馆信息服务的变革。梳理"互联网+"与图书馆的研究现状,结合"互联网+"思维产生的背景、概念与特征,从用户思维和咨询馆员两个维度论述"互联网+"思维对图书馆信息服务的促进,提出从服务理念、智慧服务、跨界服务三方面着手,实现"互联网+"思维对图书馆信息服务的革新,也为图书馆信息服务创新理论与实践研究提供一个新的思路与方法。参考文献20。
As a kind of disruptive innovation paradigm, ＂Internet ＋ ＂ will lead to the change of people＇s ideas, also we should explore the change of library information services by ＂Intemet ＋ ＂thinking. Combing the research status of ＂Internet ＋ ＂and library and com- bining with the background, concept and characteristics of ＂Internet ＋ ＂thinking, this article expounds the promotion of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ thinking on the information service of the library from two perspectives ： users thinking and reference librarians and proposes to imple- ment ＂Internet ＋ ＂ thinking on the information service innovation of the library starting from the three aspects of the service concept, intelligent service and cross - border services which can provide a new train of thought and method to library information service innova- tion theory and practice study. 20 refs.
