摘要 该研究通过响应面试验设计方法对杏鲍菇液体种子发酵培养基组成成分进行了优化,探讨4个不同单因素对杏鲍菇菌丝干质量的影响。结果表明,最佳的培养基配方为马铃薯100 g/L,麦麸30 g/L,蔗糖27 g/L,蛋白胨1.40 g/L,KH_2PO_40.85 g/L,MgSO_4 1 g/L。在此配方下,杏鲍菇菌丝干质量高达1.885 1 g/100 mL。这不仅为杏鲍菇液体种子发酵提供依据,同时也为其栽培提供依据。 The medium compositions for liquid seed fermentation ofPleurotus eryngii were optimized by response surface methodology. The effects of four factors on dry mass of P. eryngii mycelia were investigated. The results showed that the optimal medium compositions were potato 100 g/L, wheat bran 30 g/L, sucrose 27 g/L, peptone 1.40 g/L, KH2PO4 0.85 g/L and MgSO4 1 g/L. Under the conditions, the dry mass ofP. eryngii mycelia was up to 1.885 1 g/100 ml, which not only provided the basis for liquid seed fermentation ofP. eryngii, and also provided the basis for their cultivation.
