摘要
目的分析数字化三维塑形钛网颅骨修补术后并发症发生情况。方法选取2009年8月—2015年8月于深圳市第三人民医院神经外科行数字化三维塑形钛网颅骨修补术后出现并发症的患者7例,总结其并发症发生情况等。结果顽固性头皮下积液2例,继发性癫痫2例,急性硬膜外血肿1例,皮瓣缺血坏死1例,脑脊液鼻漏1例。结论数字化三维塑形钛网颅骨修补术逐渐在临床上得到广泛应用,应及时采取有效的预防措施以减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,改善患者预后。
Objective To analyze the postoperative complications of cranioplasty using digital three - dimensional shaping titanium mesh. Methods From August 2009 to August 2015 in the Department of Neurosurgery,the Third People＇s Hospital of Shenzhen,a total of 7 patients undergoing cranioplasty using digital three - dimensional shaping titanium mesh were seleeted,all of them complicated with pestop erative complications,and the the postoperative complications was analyzed. Results Of the 7 cases,2 cases complicated with refractory inferior furfuraceous effusion,2 cases complicated with secondary epilepsy,1 case complicated with acute epidural hematoma,1 case complicated with avascular necrosis of skin flap,1 case complicated with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. Conclusion Cranioplasty using digital three - dimensional shaping titanium mesh is increasingly used on clinic,effective preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the living quality and prognosis.
