摘要
智慧旅游在旅游业实践中日趋盛起,国内外学者基于不同视阈对其展开研究。与智慧旅游在实践中的广泛应用以及其对旅游业的促进作用相比,目前其在研究内容上仍囿于常规,研究路径存在一定重复;多侧重于定性描述;尚无以其活动产生的大数据为基础进行定量研究的成果;评价方法及对象较传统,样本代表性有限。在此基础上,对智慧旅游未来研究方向进行了展望。
With the rising prosperity of smart tourism in tourism practice, domestic and foreign scholars study based on the different perspectives. This paper combines and analyzes the existing research results from the five aspects of the essential connotation of smart tourism, smart tourism function, tourism informatization, smart tourism construction and operation and evaluation. Smart tourism is widely used in practice, compared to its role in promoting the tourism industry, it is still constrained by conventional on research content and repeated research path; There is more focus on the qualitative description, which means to deepen the research, it should focus on the quantitative research; There is no big data generated by its activities based on quantitative research; And with the traditional evaluation method and object, representative samples are limited. The future research direction is proposed based on the summary of previous researches on smart tourism.
