摘要
为了提高电磁超声的实用性和灵活性,提出了一种远程便携式电磁超声数据采集和分析系统的设计方法,该系统通过串口控制电磁超声激励和接收电路,使用数据采集卡采集电磁超声信号并进行分析和处理,利用移动终端(智能手机或者平板电脑)通过移动基站或者局域网远程访问网络服务器,发送电磁超声激励和接收电路参数和信号分析参数,接收电磁超声信号数据并实时显示,实现电磁超声电路远程控制和数据便携式采集和分析。实验结果表明:该方法能够实现电磁超声信号在线采集和移动分析,并可远程调节控制,方便了电磁超声的应用,有良好可扩展性,系统稳定可靠。
In order to strengthen the practicality and flexibility of Electromagnetic Ultrasonic, a novel remote portable electro- magnetic ultrasonic data acquisition and analysis system was designed. The system controls the exciting of electromagnetic ultra- sonic and receiving circuit via serial port.The electromagnetic ultrasonic signals which are obtained using data acquisition card were analyzed and processed. The exciting and receiving circuit parameters of electromagnetic ultrasonic and signal analysis pa- rameters can be uploaded via mobile terminal (smartphone or tablet) which is able to access to the network server remotely through mobile base stations or LAN.Meanwhile, the data of electromagnetic ultrasonic signals can be received and displayed in real time on the mobile terminal.Thereby, the remote control of electromagnetic ultrasonic circuit and the portable acquisition and analysis of data were achieved.Experimental results showed that this method can achieve the online collection and mobile analysis of electromagnetic ultrasonic signals.And the system could be adjusted and controlled remotely.The proposed method is stable and reliable and has great scalability which will enrich the electromagnetic ultrasonic applications significantly.
