摘要
经过对清洗机功能要求和控制过程实现的分析,拟定了新型节能清洗机的设计总体方案。为了实现清洗机自动清洗的特点,设计主要采用新型节能电机进行驱动控制和可编程控制器进行控制系统的控制。在清洗装置的控制部分运用可编程控制器技术,而且对于清洗机的控制系统进行了软硬件设计,从而来达到清洗机的电气传动和控制要求。利用软件的设计以便更好的对系统进行分析和调试。
After the cleaning machine function requirements and the analysis of the control process, the advantages of new energy- saving design overall scheme is worked out. In order to achieve the cleaner with automatic cleaning features, the design mainly adopts new type energy-saving motor drive and PLC control system. In the control section of the cleaning device, it uses PLC technology, and conducts software and hardware design for the control system, thus to achieve the advantages of electric drive and control requirements. Using the software of design for better analyze the system and debugging.
