The Study of Connotation and Strategy for High Quality Employment of College Graduates

摘要 "十三五"时期推进高校毕业生高质量就业是党和政府的全新要求以及人民群众的内在诉求。本文以高校毕业生高质量就业内涵为切入点,通过构建高校毕业生高质量就业的核心要素模型,提出在新时代背景下如何推动高校毕业生高质量就业的具体对策。 It is the new requirement from the Party and Chinese government and the internal demand from the people to promote high quality employment of college graduates during the period of China＇s 13th plan of five - year national development. This paper takes the connotation of high quality employment of college graduates as the starting point, and suggests specific strategies to promote high quality employment of college graduates within the new context of our society by constructing a key-factor model for high quality employment of college graduates.
