摘要
某污水处理厂出水氨氮不达标,经调查发现该厂进水中含有苯胺。围绕苯胺对活性污泥硝化作用的影响,开展了相关研究。结果表明,苯胺可抑制活性污泥的硝化作用,且其浓度越高抑制作用越强;当系统中苯胺浓度超过3 mg/L时,可使污泥丧失硝化能力;适当提高活性污泥浓度可使抑制作用减弱;对于短时间受抑制的活性污泥,若苯胺不再进入,其硝化能力将逐渐恢复。
The effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration of a sewage treatment plant could not meet the discharge standard due to aniline found in the influent. Therefore, the study on the effect of aniline on the nitrification of activated sludge was carried out. The results showed that aniline could inhibit the nitrification of activated sludge, and the higher the concentration of aniline, the stronger the inhibition could be. When the concentration of aniline exceeded 3 mg/L, the sludge nitrification was inhibited to- tally. The inhibition would be decreased when appropriately raising the concentration of activated sludge. For the activated sludge inhibited by aniline in a short time, if the aniline could not continuously flow into the activated sludge tank, the nitrification of activated sludge would be gradually recovered.
