摘要
目的分析肝癌患者的自我饮食管理能力,为临床制定肝癌患者的饮食方案提供参考。方法纳入2014年5月至2015年9月期间在本社区管理的41例肝癌患者作为研究对象,自拟肝癌患者饮食自我管理能力调查问卷,问卷填写完成后统一回收,统计每例患者的得分,对患者的自我饮食管理能力进行评价,分析影响肝癌患者自我饮食管理能力的相关因素。结果 41例肝癌患者的自我饮食管理能力优良率为63.4%,属于中上等水平。年龄、家庭收入、文化程度、居住地和医保形式是影响患者自我饮食管理能力的因素,家庭收入、文化程度为主要影响因素。结论影响肝癌患者自我饮食管理能力的因素较多,肝癌患者的自我饮食管理能力仍有待提高,临床上应加强对肝癌患者的饮食干预,以提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the ability of self-catering management HCC patients develop liver cancer diet nursing strategies for clinical guidance value. Methods 41 cases of liver cancer patients from May 2014 to September 2015 managed within the community were selected as research subjects, patients with liver cancer eating homemade self-management skills questionnaire issued to 41 patients, after the completed uniform recycling, statistics for each patients scoring, the patient's ability to evaluate self catering management, analysis of relevant factors HCC self catering management capabilities. Results Statistical questionnaire results obtained excellent 41 cases of liver cancer patients in self-management capabilities diet was 63.4%, which belonged to the middle and upper level. Age, family income, educational level, residence and medical insurance form are the factors that affect the ability of self catering management. Family income and educational level were the main influencing factors.Conclusions There are many factors that affect the ability of self catering management of liver cancer patients. Self catering management of patients with liver cancer remains to be improved, we should strengthen the diet intervention on liver cancer patients in clinical to improve the quality of life of patients.
