摘要
首先对变频永磁电机的电磁振动进行了有限元分析,得到电机电磁振动的振动加速度;然后针对电机电磁振动的实际振动波形,采用振动加速度响应的均方值最小的方法求得电机隔振所需的最佳阻尼;最后仿真验证了所求阻尼对电机隔振的有效性。
Firstly, the electromagnetic vibration of the frequency conversion permanent magnet motor was analyzed and calculated. Then according to the actual electromagnetic vibration vibration waveform of the motor, the optimal damping for vibration isolation was presented by minimization of the mean square value of vibration acceleration response. Finally, simulation proved the effectiveness of the calculated damping to motor vibration isolation.
