摘要
针对大电网多级调度安全稳定协同分析与控制计算对分布式计算管理平台的资源共享和统一管理的新需求,结合各级调度计算资源独立部署的现状,基于"资源调度分级管理、计算服务全局共享"设计思想提出了一种动态树形架构的分布式计算管理平台及其设计原则,分别从用户管理层、计算管理层、资源管理层和信息代理层阐述了平台的主要功能,并讨论了平台实现需要解决的多级调度协调管理机制、任务调度管理策略和计算资源优化分配方法等关键技术问题。
In view of the new demand for resource sharing and global managing of the distributed computing platform applied to the interconnected power grid of multi-level dispatch security and stability analysis and coordinated control,a distributed computing management platform in dynamic tree-like hierarchical architecture is proposed based on the concept of"computing resource hierarchical managing,computing service global sharing".Finally,by referring to the characteristics of the rapid computing,computing resource global sharing and unified managing,the designing principle,the prime functions and key technical issues to be solved through the distributed computing platform are discussed in detail.
