摘要
近年来，中国与阿位伯国家贸易总体保持高速发展势头。2004-2014年，中国对阿盟进出口额年均增长率为28．3％。同时，阿拉伯国家出于保障国家安全，保证食品安全等目的，频频制定技术性贸易措施，出台了大量的技术法规和标准，以及密集调整检验检测及认证认可等合格评定程序。这些政策对我国向阿出口产生了巨大的影响，我们需要更加关注阿拉伯国家发布的通报信息，做好出口前的准备工作。
In recent years, the trade between China and the Arab countries has been in the rapid development. From 2004 to 2014, the average growth rate of China＇ s import and export to the Arab states have reached 28.3%. Meanwhile, the Arab countries have developed technical trade measures, issued a large number of technical specification and standards, and frequently adjusted the conformity assessment procedures on inspection, test, certification, accreditation, etc., which have a great impact on the export of China. We need to pay more attention to the notification information related to Arab states to increase our export and reduce loss.
