摘要
目的探讨急诊科护士道德困境水平,为管理者改善护士道德困境提供参考。方法采用中文版护士道德困境量表,对湖州市3所三级医院182名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士道德困境总均分为(2.03±1.15)分,不同急诊护龄、急诊岗位、学历与用工性质的急诊科护士道德困境水平差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应重视急诊科护士道德困境问题,通过提高急诊科护士的自我预防与应对能力,以降低其道德困境的发生。
Objective To investigate the emergency nurses'moral distress level,so as to provide reference for managers to relieve nurses'moral distress. Methods Totally, 182 emergency nurses from 3 hospitals in Huzhou City were surveyed with Moral Distress Scale - Revised ( MDS - R). Results The total score of moral distress was (2.03 ± 1.15 ). Emergency nurses with different emergency nursing years, emergency positions, education backgrounds and job cate- gories had different ethical dilemma levels ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to emergency nurses'moral distress lev- el, through improving emergency nurses" self - prevention and coping abilities to lower the occurrence rate of ethical dilemma.
