摘要
目的降低半夏块茎繁殖对野生半夏资源的破坏,化解半夏人工栽培过程中块茎种用和药用的矛盾,为半夏珠芽繁殖技术投入生产运用奠定基础。方法对半夏珠芽进行分级,筛选适合栽培的珠芽等级,并采用随机区组田间试验设计,对珠芽繁殖和块茎繁殖的产量和品质进行分析测定。结果 IV级珠芽萌发势强,出苗整齐,幼苗为复叶,当年可形成产量,在不同等级珠芽中最适宜于大田栽培,珠芽繁殖产量可达1 045.64 kg/667 m^2,远高于传统块茎繁殖的药用块茎产量,且所获半夏品质符合中国药典规定。结论以粒径0.8~1.0 cm的半夏珠芽应用于大田栽培可行。
Objective To reduce destruction of the wild resources in the process of Pinellia ternate artificial cultivation, resolve the contradiction of tuber used as seed and medicine, and lay the foundation for the production of bulbils propagation technology. Methods Selected bulbils grade suitable for cultivation based on bulbils classification, and used randomized field experiments design, analyzed the yield and quality between bulbils and tuber propagation. Results The level IV bulbils had strong germinative potential, seeding uniformity, plants were compound, and formed production in the same year, was the most suitable for field cultivation in different levels of the bulbils, the yield UP to 1 045.64 kg/667 m2 which much higher than traditional tubers breed, and the quality was in accordance with theprovisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The bulbils which particle size 0.8-1.0 cm applicated in the field cultivation were feasible.
