摘要 培养和造就一支高水平、高素养的"双师型"教师队伍是办好中职学校的根本条件。文章以中职学校的使命和任务为着眼点,提出了"双师型"教师认定标准和专业成长顶层目标,期望通过激发和培育动力,选择恰当的途径,实现具有区域化行业产业特征的中职学校"双师型"教师专业成长。 The key to running a secondary vocational school well is to cultivate dual-mode teachers team with high standard of quality and professionalism.This paper focuses on the mission of secondary vocational schools and proposes the certification standards of dual-mode teachers as well as the top level goals of professional development. Through stimulating teachers 'motivation and taking proper actions, it aims at achieving the professional development of dual-mode teachers in secondary vocational schools with regional and industrial characteristics.
