摘要
目的探索利用微信公众平台进行护理实验室建设和管理的方法和效果。方法建立护理实验室微信公众平台和微官网,进行实验室信息传递、展现实验室教学资源、在线教学、竞赛报名、科研调查,以及提供实验室管理平台和师生互动平台。运行1年后,采用自设的调查问卷,调查学生对微信公众平台使用效果和内容的评价。结果参与调查的178名学生中,88.2%(157/178)对微信公众平台表示非常满意或满意,认为对学习有帮助(90.4%,161/178),增加了学生对实验室的了解(89.3%,159/178),提高了实验教学水平(74.7%,133/178)和实验室的资源利用率(72.5%,129/178),加强了师生间的沟通(64.6%,115/178)。93.3%(166/178)的学生认为微信公众平台用于实验室建设和管理的内容比较全面,能有效达到目的。结论运用微信公众平台进行护理实验室的建设和管理,优化了实验室资源,拓展了服务功能,提高了管理水平。
Objective To evaluate the effects of WeChat platform in the construction and management of nursing laboratory. Methods A Wechat platform and a Wechat official website were set up to serve as information trans- mission,demonstration of lab resources,online teaching,competition registration,questionnaire survey and provide management platform and communication platform between teachers and students. One year later,students＇ evalua- tion on the effects and contents of WeChat platform was investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results Totally 178 nursing students participated in the questionnaire survey. 88.2%（157/178） of the students were satisfied with the WeChat platform and 90.4%（161/178） thought that the WeChat platform was useful for study. Most students agreed that the WeChat platform increased their understanding of the laboratory（89.3%, 159/178）,improved the quality of experimental teaching（74.7%,133/178） and lab management level（72.5%,129/178）,enhanced com- munication between teachers and students （64.6%, 115/178）. Moreover,93.3%（166/178） thought that the contents of WeChat were thoughtful and could achieve favorable outcomes. Conclusion The application of WeChat platform in the construction and management of nursing laboratory can optimize the laboratory＇s resources,expand the service and improve the management level.
