摘要
目的对医院安全文化改进项目的可行性和有效性进行科学评价。方法选择北京市某三级综合医院12个科室，开展为期1年的病区综合性安全促进项目（the comprehensive unit—basedsafety programme，CUSP），并采用安全文化测评量表对干预效果进行评价。结果医院12个科室的医务人员对安全文化的积极应答率，由项目实施前的33．33％提高至实施后的42．63％，升高了9．30个百分点。安全态度问卷6个维度中，除压力认知维度外，其余5个维度的积极应答率均提高了10个百分点以上。12个科室中，10个科室医务人员的安全文化积极反应率有不同程度的提高，2个科室的积极反应率持平。结论CUSP项目能显著改善医院不同类别科室医务人员对患者安全文化的认知水平，安全态度问卷对于干预措施的效果评价是有效的且反应灵敏的。
Objective The study is designed for a scientific evaluation of the feasibility and costeffectiveness of the patient safety culture enhancement program at the hospitals. Methods The comprehensive unit-based safety programme （CUSP）was carried out in 12 departments of a tertiary hospital in Beijing for a period of one year, and the safety culture assessment scale was used to evaluate the outcomes of intervention. Results The positive response rate of the safety attitude questionnaire in 12 departments was 33.33% before the implementation of the CUSP project and 42.63% after, an increase of 9.30%. Except the dimension of stress recognition, the positive response rates of the other 5 dimensions were increased by 10 points or above. The positive response rate of 10 departments improved from 1.09 points to 45.25 points, with two departments unchanged. Conclusions The CUSP project can significantly improve the patient safety culture in different departments of the hospital, and the safety attitude questionnaire is effective and sensitive to assess the outcomes of the intervention measures.
