摘要
教育大计,教师为本。作为教书育人的教师,是学生成长成才的教育者和引路人,除了具备过硬的专业素质外,还须拥有良好的道德品质,保持健康的心理状况,"德本才末"是时代要求,"德艺双馨"是教师职业所需。在教师教育和教师专业成长中,要将师德摆在重要位置,从知、情、意、行方面巩固和优化道德品质,培育稳健的心理。
The essential part of education is teachers as they are the educators and facilitators of students- learning and growth. Thus, teachers should acquire not only strong professional knowl- edge, but also good moral qualities as well as healthy mental condition. This new era requires that teachers＇ professional knowledge comes after their morality. Teachers with great moral and excellent professional skill are needed. In the process of teachers＇ education and professional growth, healthy mental condition should be maintained, and moral construction should be put in a very important posi- tion and enhanced in the aspects of cognition, emotion, will and behavior.
