摘要
本文对微生物的共培养方式、分类、发展及应用进行了简介,并对不同种属的微生物共培养后产生的作用进行了综述。微生物共培养系统不仅受到协同代谢作用的调控,群体感应在微生物共培养中也扮演着重要的角色。与纯培养相比,共培养体系生物被膜的形成、信号分子和毒力因子的产生、细菌素的合成以及胞外蛋白酶的分泌等都有所不同。研究群体感应的作用机理有助于共培养技术的进一步发展与应用。
The method, classification, development, application of microbial co-culture were introduced, and the effects of co-culture of different species were summarized.Microbial co-culture system was regulated not only by the collaborative metabolism, but also by quorum sensing in microbial cultures. Compared with the pure culture, biofilm formation, signaling molecules, virulence factors of production, bacteriocin synthesis and secretion of extracellular protease of co-culture system were different.The research of action mechanism of quorum sensing would improve further development and application of cultivation technology.
