摘要
阳陵泉穴为足少阳胆经穴,在膝下外侧,蹲坐取之,为本经合穴,五行属土。从《内经》起即有对该穴的记载,历代医家对该穴都有较为详细的论述。又为胆之下合,八脉交会穴之筋会,有疏肝利胆、舒筋活络的作用,主治胆、肝、下肢等疾患,故广泛应用于临床,并取得较好的临床疗效。今以阳陵泉穴相关临床试验研究为基础,对该穴近年来在临床应用方面作一初步的论述,以便于临床更好的运用此穴。
Yanglingquan（GB34）is the point on gallbladder meridian of foot-Shaoyang（GB）,that it is the same meridian He-sea point and belong to earth in the five elements. GB24 located outside of the knee,and we can taken it from squat. The ancient medical scientist had been described in detail since it was first recorded in the Inner Canon of Huangdi. The GB24 in the lower part of the gallbladder,is the confluence of tendons of the eight confluent acupoint and it is conducive to a healthy liver and gallbladder and tendons. It mainly treats gallbladder,liver,leg and other diseases,so it is widely used in clinical,and achieved good clinical efficacy. In order to better clinical use of this hole,this paper based on the studies of clinical trials GB24,to make a preliminary discussion in the clinical application.
