摘要
教师对学生课堂管理的主要目的,是保障课堂教学的有效进行,协调在课堂教学过程中师生关系、学生与学生之间的关系,提高教学效果。然而,在实际的教学过程中,课堂教学存在着一系列问题,如课堂秩序混乱、学生到课率低等,这些棘手问题。探索适合艺术类学生自身特点的课堂管理方法,已成为我院迫切需要解决的问题。
The main purpose of teachers on students＇classroom management, is the guarantee of classroom teaching effectively, coordinate the relationship between teachers in classroom teaching process, the relationship between students and students, im- prove the teaching effect.
