摘要
目的观察米非司酮联合米索前列醇在中孕引产中的应用效果。方法需要终止妊娠的120例孕中期孕妇分为观察组和对照组各60例,两组患者均采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行引产,对照组分次服用米非司酮150 mg,观察组一次性服用米非司酮150 mg。比较两组患者的引产效果、胚囊排出所需时间、阴道出血持续时间、出血量大于月经量的人数、月经复潮时间及不良反应情况。结果观察组引产有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,出血量大于月经量的患者比例低于对照组(P<0.05),而胚囊排出时间、阴道出血时间以及月经复潮时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05)。结论一次性服用米非司酮能够更好地发挥药效,可缩短引产时间、提高引产成功率,并简化了服药程序。
Objective To explore the application value of a single dose of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for the induced labor in mid-pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 women in mid-pregnancy who needed to terminate the pregnancy were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The two groups received the induced labor with mifepristone and misoprostol. Fractional administration of mifepristone with a total dose of 150 mg was performed in the control group,and single administration of mifepristone with a dose of 150 mg in the observation group. The efficacy of induced labor,time for embryo sac discharge,duration for virginal bleeding,case with blood loss more than menstrual blood volume, duration for recovery of menstruation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of induced labor in the observation group was 96.67% ,and was higher than that in the control group (80.00%, P 〈 0.05 ). Compared to the control group ,the proportion of the patients with blood loss more than menstrual blood volume was less, the time for embryo sac discharge, duration for virginal bleeding and duration for recovery of menstruation were less in the observation group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%, and was lower than that in the control group( 18.33% ,P 〈0.05). Conclusion A single dose of mifepristone can obtain a better pesticide effect, shorten the time of induced labor and increase the success rate of induced labor, and can simplify the medication procedure.
