摘要
淬透性是齿轮钢的核心指标,对成品齿轮的综合性能有很大程度的影响。通过理论基础,配合现场实践,摸索出了齿轮钢窄淬透性带宽的控制方法。将化学成分C控制在±0.01%,Si、Mn、Cr控制在±0.02%,B控制在0.000 5%以下,可以大幅度提高齿轮钢淬透性的稳定性,实现淬透性带≤5 HRC的水平,满足轿车齿轮用钢的使用要求。
Hardenability is the key index of gear steel,has a great influence on the comprehensive properties of finished gear. The method to control the band width of narrow hardenability of gear steel is explored out based on theoretical base and site practice: controlling component C at ± 0. 01%,Si,Mn,Cr at ± 0. 02%,B below 0. 000 5%. With it,the stabilization of hardenability of gear steel can be improved to a great extent,the band width of hardenability can be controlled not higher than 5 HRC,and this can meet the requirement of gear of cars.
