摘要
利用橡胶加工分析仪表征了SE2045和SE2065两种阻尼硅橡胶在不同温度、频率及应变下的动态性能。结果表明:SE2045的加工性能好于SE2065,而物理性能不如SE2065;两种阻尼硅橡胶的弹性模量(G′)、黏性模量(G″)和介质损耗因数(tanδ)随着温度的升高逐渐减小;随着频率的增加逐渐增大;SE2065的阻尼性能tan6在应变为1%~20%范围内,随着应变的增加先降后增,SE2045的阻尼性能则降低一定程度后趋于平稳。
The dynamic properties of two damping ferent temperature, frequency and strain were studied show that the proeessability of SE2045 silicone rubber silicone rubbers (SE2045 and SE2065 ) under the dif- by RPA2000, a rubber processability tester. Results is better than that of SE2065 silicone rubber, but its physical performance is worse than that of SE2065 silicone rubber. With the increasing temperature, the elastic modulus G′, viscous modulus G″ and tanδ of both rubbers decrease, but increase with the increasing frequency. With the increasing of strain tanδ of SE2065 decreases at first and then increases when the strain is between 1% -20% , tanδ of SE2045 decreases at first and then keeps steady.
